Mr. Shaman Chauhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from SRM Institute, Chennai, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the prestigious Jaypee University. His career began in 2014 with short stints at HPSEBL, the Department of Science & Technology, and the Himachal Pradesh State Wetland Authority.

In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Chauhan earned ISO 17025:2017 certification in Management System Documentation and Internal Auditing, which further strengthened his professional profile.

In 2018, he co-founded C and E Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where he has played a key role in handling a diverse range of projects, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), compliance monitoring, and environmental planning & evaluation. With over 7 years of experience, he specializes in the planning, management, and evaluation of environmental impacts related to the water and construction sectors.

Mr. Chauhan is also enlisted as a Class ‘A’ Professional for Town and Country Planning in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. As a full-time director at C and E Consultancy, he oversees project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction, with a particular focus on water supply design, sewerage systems, and various environmental domains.
